Yesterday, with my headphones on and my paintbrush in hand, I was inspired to make bird feeders while the painting-in-progress dried. I got two strings, and four pine cones and lathered them in buttery bird seed. Each string got a pine cone at each end and then I chucked them over the long bough that hangs parallel to my balcony. Voila!! Bird feeders. It put a great big smile on my heart, and I thought maybe you guys would like to try it/see it. I'll try to get photos of the birds eating it if I can.
